Gustavo Hotz's late challenge caught a Austral FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustavo Hotz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 22nd minute, Gustavo Hotz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ismael Ignado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Ioritz, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Isaac Ioritz kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Austral FC's Lorenzo Peruyera got a free kick in the 36th minute. Pelayo Villoldo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 37th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Prudencio Claus. Pakorro AFC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 89th minute, Raitin Colina fired a really elegant long shot, but Ismael Ignado threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. A hard shot by Raitin Colina from long distance, 91 minutes into the match, got Ismael Ignado's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Luzea Socobio in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ismael Ignado, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Austral FC's Pelayo Villoldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaguar Murillo in the 95th minute of play. In the 97th minute, Raul Villacian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Austral FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
