Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Domingo Lopez started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute of the match El Canalla de Chicago got a corner. Inter de Chillán's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daron Davidson ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to El Canalla de Chicago's Cody Gentry getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. El Canalla de Chicago were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Inter de Chillán's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daron Davidson took the corner. José Ignacio Rocha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingo Lopez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Domingo Lopez was extremely unlucky when he, in the 10th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 11 minutes into the match, Inter de Chillán's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Lopez came free, but José Ignacio Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as El Canalla de Chicago's Domingo Lopez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of José Ignacio Rocha. That made the score 1-0 after 16 minutes of play. Raul Knox sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Inter de Chillán getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Karlos Novoa hit a great ball. José Ignacio Rocha was a little too slow when Domingo Lopez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 2-0. El Canalla de Chicago were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Inter de Chillán's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daron Davidson took the corner. Daron Davidson made a great header on El Canalla de Chicago's corner, it was just that Inter de Chillán's José Ignacio Rocha managed to reach the ball for a save. José Ignacio Rocha was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Domingo Lopez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 32 minute of play. After 34 played minutes El Canalla de Chicago got a freekick which was hit by Cody Gentry. Inter de Chillán's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lothar Matthæus in the 36th minute. The corner led Inter de Chillán's Lothar Matthæus to fire away a dangerous shot which Jude Vang despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Adam Badiola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jude Vang having to interfere. In the 39th minute of the match, Domingo Lopez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but José Ignacio Rocha saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some careless play in the Inter de Chillán defense, Domingo Lopez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of José Ignacio Rocha. The Inter de Chillán fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José Ignacio Rocha should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Inter de Chillán's zone, Raul Knox stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Ignacio Rocha came out of the goal and Raul Knox tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Adam Badiola made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Domingo Lopez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Ignacio Rocha was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. When El Canalla de Chicago's Domingo Lopez in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Inter de Chillán's goalie prevented a goal. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Inter de Chillán's goalkeeper José Ignacio Rocha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 60 minutes into the match, Domingo Lopez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Ignacio Rocha. Inter de Chillán's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Domingo Lopez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. El Canalla de Chicago's Rudolf Pendleton was substituted for Daron Davidson. 64 minutes into the match, Inter de Chillán's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Lopez came free, but José Ignacio Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Ignacio Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Lopez in the 66th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karlos Novoa during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Inter de Chillán getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Karlos Novoa hit a great ball. José Ignacio Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rudolf Pendleton in the 68th minute of the match. José Ignacio Rocha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Domingo Lopez went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Domingo Lopez in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Ignacio Rocha saved Inter de Chillán from getting behind. Inter de Chillán's José Ignacio Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Lopez in the 88th minute of play. Rudolf Pendleton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. José Ignacio Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that El Canalla de Chicago were the better team. El Canalla de Chicago's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
