Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Loja S.C.'s Felix Pascua started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Denis Uzuri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Pascua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Pascua's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Denis Uzuri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Denis Uzuri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Pascua, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute of the match Loja S.C. got a corner. CD SHETTANI's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Reasco Landeros ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 11th match minute, Loja S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabricio Vedeja to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute, Pedro Gudesteo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the match, CD SHETTANI's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Pascua came free, but Denis Uzuri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd match minute, CD SHETTANI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ye Chao Rong to maneuver through the defense. After 23 played minutes, Loja S.C.'s Reasco Landeros shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Denis Uzuri came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Loja S.C. reached it. Jan Maciejewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Joel Caton made a huge save. In the 27th minute, Jupp Ota made a precise shot to the right of Joel Caton. Loja S.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 31 minutes into the match, CD SHETTANI's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Peres came free, but Denis Uzuri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 31 minutes, Victor Peres made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. CD SHETTANI's Denis Uzuri tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. CD SHETTANI's Denis Uzuri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonzo Gipils in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, CD SHETTANI's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Pascua came free, but Denis Uzuri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Caton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodomiro Morera in the 38th minute of the match. Justavino Centeno hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jupp Ota in the 43rd minute of play forced Loja S.C.'s goalkeeper Joel Caton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denis Uzuri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Peres, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The supporters of Loja S.C. booed when CD SHETTANI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Garro didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Clodomiro Morera to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Peres got free with Denis Uzuri in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Denis Uzuri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Pascua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ye Chao Rong fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CD SHETTANI's protests and gave Ye Chao Rong a yellow card for diving instead. After 59 played minutes CD SHETTANI got a freekick which was hit by Ye Chao Rong. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind CD SHETTANI's goalkeeper Denis Uzuri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jupp Ota in the 62nd minute of play forced Loja S.C.'s goalkeeper Joel Caton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute Jan Maciejewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Caton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Loja S.C.'s Hidalgo Gallegos was substituted for Justavino Centeno. CD SHETTANI's Mainor Calderon was substituted for Jupp Ota. 68 minutes into the game, Rogelio Garro threw the ball into play from the sideline. Loja S.C.'s Fabian Sala quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Joel Caton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clodomiro Morera, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After 75 played minutes Loja S.C. got a freekick which was hit by Reasco Landeros. Reasco Landeros kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. A hard shot 79 in the game by Victor Peres from a close distance when the talented Denis Uzuri managed to make a qualified save. CD SHETTANI's players were relieved. Joel Caton came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by CD SHETTANI's Clodomiro Morera. But to his dismay, Clodomiro Morera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Denis Uzuri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor Peres in the 87th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Loja S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jan Maciejewski came free, but Joel Caton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victoro Rayon kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. After 93 played minutes Loja S.C. got a freekick which was hit by Luis-Antonio Barraza. CD SHETTANI's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
