Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Reinaldo Briceño made the kick off and thus started the match. Nicolás Villamil was a little too slow when Samuel Horduña got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 8th minute. The score was now 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salomone Liendo in the 11th minute of play forced AFC Viola Gigliati's goalkeeper Ralondo Barboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute Gualberto Abbatte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ralondo Barboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daud Gazale charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daud Gazale the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th match minute, CSD Concepción was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daud Gazale to maneuver through the defense. Frutos Sator hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Ralondo Barboa came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by CSD Concepción's Salomone Liendo. But to his dismay, Salomone Liendo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After some careless play in the AFC Viola Gigliati defense, Gualberto Abbatte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ralondo Barboa. The AFC Viola Gigliati fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ralondo Barboa should have stopped the shot. Miguel Manilan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ralondo Barboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. A collision led to AFC Viola Gigliati getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Samuel Horduña hit a great ball. Reinaldo Briceño who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Nicolás Villamil when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to CSD Concepción getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Miguel Manilan hit a great ball. A collision led to AFC Viola Gigliati getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Garin Candina hit a great ball. Juanjo Campaña kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 45th match minute, AFC Viola Gigliati was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Barzana to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute of the match Juanjo Campaña sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ralondo Barboa skillfully saved the ball. After the first half CSD Concepción were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gualberto Abbatte made a kick off. Nicolás Villamil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reinaldo Briceño in the 53rd minute of play. Ralondo Barboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daud Gazale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the game, Etxahun Domao was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AFC Viola Gigliati's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CSD Concepción the free kick. After a rather tough play, AFC Viola Gigliati's Etxahun Domao got a free kick in the 61st minute. CSD Concepción's Erasmo Lacunza was substituted for Chico Ortega. After 62 played minutes AFC Viola Gigliati got a freekick which was hit by Etxahun Domao. Ralondo Barboa was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Erasmo Lacunza capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Erasmo Lacunza really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Ralondo Barboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Lacunza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to CSD Concepción getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Salomone Liendo hit a great ball. AFC Viola Gigliati's defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Erasmo Lacunza scored to the left of an out of position Ralondo Barboa, making the score, 1-4. Nicolás Villamil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Horduña in the 79th minute of play. Samuel Horduña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Nicolás Villamil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Erasmo Lacunza notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of AFC Viola Gigliati's Ralondo Barboa. Ralondo Barboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erasmo Lacunza got free with Ralondo Barboa in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of CSD Concepción booed when AFC Viola Gigliati was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frutos Sator didn't get a good kick on the ball. The AFC Viola Gigliati fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. CSD Concepción were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
