Jonathan Joestar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ursino Brunet in the 3rd minute of the match. Luciano Inverso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Caetano Llantaron's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juaneizu Merida read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ursino Brunet in the 10th minute of play forced Swift GTi's goalkeeper Jonathan Joestar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Nacional booed when Swift GTi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berbiz Magarinos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Berbiz Magarinos hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the match, Swift GTi's goal looked a bit too open when Ursino Brunet came free, but Jonathan Joestar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Nacional's goal looked a bit too open when Berbiz Magarinos came free, but Juaneizu Merida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ursino Brunet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ursino Brunet to make the kick off. Swift GTi's Jonathan Joestar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ursino Brunet in the 54th minute of play. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nacional's goalkeeper Juaneizu Merida, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Joestar made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Luciano Inverso sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Nacional's Ursino Brunet got a free kick in the 71st minute. Juaneizu Merida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caetano Llantaron in the 78th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Swift GTi's goalkeeper Jonathan Joestar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ursino Brunet. Stefanos Karamanolis made in the 84th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Berbiz Magarinos however managed to control. 85 minutes into the game, Walme Yurre threw the ball into play from the sideline. Swift GTi's Lucio Negrete quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berbiz Magarinos in the 86th minute of play forced Nacional's goalkeeper Juaneizu Merida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Joestar made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Ursino Brunet sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Nacional defense, Berbiz Magarinos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juaneizu Merida. The Nacional fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juaneizu Merida should have stopped the shot. Nacional's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
