In the 22nd minute Recreativo FC® were awarded a corner. Alda Correia went to the cornerflag to take it. The supporters of 【粤】佛山黄飞鸿龙狮队 booed when Recreativo FC® was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ubaldo Montinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Afonso Lima Clemente might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 莫枫洋. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Afonso Lima Clemente ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 29th minute, 邵潮川 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. The Recreativo FC® fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marílio Caneças should have stopped the shot. 莫枫洋 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alda Correia in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

A collision led to Recreativo FC® getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Afonso Meneses hit a great ball. In the 58th minute, 邵潮川 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marílio Caneças made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when 邵潮川 sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as 【粤】佛山黄飞鸿龙狮队's 尤升岩 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marílio Caneças. That made the score 0-8 after 67 minutes of play. 莫枫洋 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alda Correia, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After 73 played minutes Recreativo FC® got a freekick which was hit by Nito Areosa. 庞博益 hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 莫枫洋 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alda Correia in the 75th minute of play. 邵潮川 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Marílio Caneças tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 莫枫洋 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nito Areosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 袁德磊 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Afonso Meneses hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Recreativo FC®'s zone, 邵潮川 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marílio Caneças came out of the goal and 邵潮川 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 尤升岩 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marílio Caneças having to interfere.
