If 巩棋峰 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 38 minutes into the match, 巩棋峰 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 邵荣川. XIN JIANG FOOTBALL CLUB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 巩棋峰 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 巩棋峰 charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 巩棋峰 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 巩棋峰 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. 邵荣川 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

In the 84th match minute, XIN JIANG FOOTBALL CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 江帆天 to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, 巩棋峰 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 90th minute, Cebrail Akram sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and 【粤】廣東水師提督軍務總兵官's 谢建政 didn't even have to move. In the 93rd minute, 巩棋峰 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 谢建政 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Turan Akram, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over 【粤】廣東水師提督軍務總兵官 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than XIN JIANG FOOTBALL CLUB throughout the match.
