An unexpectedly hard shot by 莫桑晨 in the 14th minute of play forced Leeton United FC's goalkeeper Downing Mueller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, 蚂蚁在路上's goal looked a bit too open when Paz Gledden came free, but 马源鹰 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Leeton United FC's Porter Conlan got a free kick in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Paz Gledden notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of 蚂蚁在路上's 马源鹰. 马源鹰 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Downing Mueller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 黄磊常 in the 37th minute of the match. After 40 played minutes 蚂蚁在路上 got a freekick which was hit by 曲震适. In the 41st minute, 曲震适 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 马源鹰 acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 42nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dale Sobezak. The audience was convinced that 莫桑晨's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Downing Mueller was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

蚂蚁在路上's 曹源德 was substituted for 莫桑晨. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 楚适南 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes, 蚂蚁在路上's 肖雄广 shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Downing Mueller came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in 蚂蚁在路上 reached it. After a rather tough play, 蚂蚁在路上's 曲震适 got a free kick in the 54th minute. Paz Gledden recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dale Sobezak's late challenge caught a 蚂蚁在路上's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dale Sobezak helped the player get up and apologised. Dale Sobezak hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 楚适南 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Downing Mueller having to interfere. 楚适南 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute.
