Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) In the 2nd minute Khairul Sarangapani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Downing Mueller saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Darren Chan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paul Paull during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 7th match minute, Leeton United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Paull to maneuver through the defense. Asiz Phua took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paz Gledden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Oakham getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Darren Chan hit a great ball. Jervis Nurthen scored 1-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Asiz Phua, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Downing Mueller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darren Chan in the 14th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Darren Chan in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Downing Mueller prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jervis Nurthen charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jervis Nurthen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jervis Nurthen hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shah Hian in the 23rd minute of play forced Leeton United FC's goalkeeper Downing Mueller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oakham's Asiz Phua proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Oakham from getting a goal against them. Downing Mueller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shah Hian in the 34th minute of play. Paz Gledden charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paz Gledden the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th minute, Paz Gledden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Oakham booed when Leeton United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clifford Benton didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Darren Chan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darren Chan in the 52nd minute of play forced Leeton United FC's goalkeeper Downing Mueller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 53 minutes, Darren Chan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oakham's supporters crossed their fingers, but Darren Chan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paul Paull hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Downing Mueller successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Asiz Phua took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Paull, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute, Brown Wilde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Leeton United FC's goalkeeper Downing Mueller had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Darren Chan. In the 76th minute of the match Brown Wilde sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Asiz Phua skillfully saved the ball. Paz Gledden kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Oakham's Asiz Phua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paul Paull in the 88th minute of play. Asiz Phua made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jervis Nurthen in the 89th minute of play. Downing Mueller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darren Chan in the 91st minute of play. Many of Oakham's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Oakham may have spent more time on the ball, but Leeton United FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
