Sezer İnan started the match with the kick off. Behçet Polatkılıç hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Basmane Texas's Hüsmen Bartu got a free kick in the 7th minute. Abayhan Kırca struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Ulu Hayat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gothic Souls. Ahmet Harun Şahbey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Ulu Hayat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ulu Hayat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xabi Alonso, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Adem Mutluer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Menderes Hikmet having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Bircan Ulaç fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 34th minute Edgar Davids shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulu Hayat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Ahmet Harun Şahbey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gothic Souls's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Harun Şahbey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulu Hayat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 43rd minute, Ali Faruk Uram hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Bircan Ulaç made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Basmane Texas's Hüsmen Bartu got a free kick in the 56th minute. 62 minutes into the game, Acun Erdoğdu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ulu Hayat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ulu Hayat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sezer İnan in the 67th minute of play. Basmane Texas's Ulu Hayat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Basmane Texas from getting a goal against them. After 70 played minutes Basmane Texas got a freekick which was hit by Behçet Polatkılıç. Ulu Hayat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Harun Şahbey in the 71st minute. After 77 minutes of play, Gothic Souls's Ahmet Harun Şahbey made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulu Hayat was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Sezer İnan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ulu Hayat. That made the score 1-3 in the 85 minute of play. Sezer İnan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulu Hayat having to interfere. Zekai Kutcan charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zekai Kutcan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Gothic Souls booed when Basmane Texas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zekai Kutcan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Acun Erdoğdu hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Menderes Hikmet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bircan Ulaç in the 98th minute of the match. The Basmane Texas fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gothic Souls were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
