Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Başar Kutsoy started the match with the kick off. Gelâtâserray's Feyzullay Keskinel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Gelâtâserray from getting a goal against them. In the 14th minute Özgür Onuker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feyzullay Keskinel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dorukhan Erokay's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Feyzullay Keskinel firmly grabbed it by the left post. Feyzullay Keskinel was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Cavit Arslanoğlu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cavit Arslanoğlu really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Samsunspor's Tolgahan Onay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doğaner Şanalp in the 22nd minute of play. Yalçın Tezveren's late challenge caught a Gelâtâserray's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yalçın Tezveren helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Samsunspor getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Yalçın Tezveren hit a great ball. Feyzullay Keskinel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yalçın Tezveren in the 26th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özgür Onuker in the 27th minute of play forced Gelâtâserray's goalkeeper Feyzullay Keskinel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Dorukhan Erokay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Feyzullay Keskinel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Başar Kutsoy in the 43rd minute of play forced Samsunspor's goalkeeper Tolgahan Onay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tolgahan Onay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Başar Kutsoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Feyzullay Keskinel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dorukhan Erokay in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

52 minutes into the match, Özgür Onuker had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Feyzullay Keskinel. Gelâtâserray's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Özgür Onuker was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 56th minute Seyfi Kocakalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feyzullay Keskinel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feyzullay Keskinel came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Samsunspor's Cavit Arslanoğlu. But to his dismay, Cavit Arslanoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. When Samsunspor's Cavit Arslanoğlu in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gelâtâserray's goalie prevented a goal. In the 62nd minute, Turan Habiboğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 65 minutes of play Samsunspor's Yalçın Tezveren was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Samsunspor getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Yalçın Tezveren hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the match, Samsunspor's goalkeeper Tolgahan Onay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doğaner Şanalp. In the 71st minute, Cavit Arslanoğlu made a precise shot to the right of Feyzullay Keskinel. Gelâtâserray's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Feyzullay Keskinel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cavit Arslanoğlu in the 75th minute of the match. Samsunspor's Özgür Onuker got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Feyzullay Keskinel came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Samsunspor's Cavit Arslanoğlu. But to his dismay, Cavit Arslanoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. After a rather tough play, Gelâtâserray's Nusret Çakman got a free kick in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cavit Arslanoğlu in the 90th minute of play forced Gelâtâserray's goalkeeper Feyzullay Keskinel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 94 minutes, Özgür Onuker made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Gelâtâserray's Feyzullay Keskinel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that Samsunspor were the better team. Samsunspor's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
