Sami Merih took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Tonhauser, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the match, Cumali Kızıl dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Egemen Gencalp, 0-5. 87 minutes into the game, ---Atam Osmanlı---'s Nicolas Anelka nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
