George Lindberg in the 8thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Michel Bergendahl, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Hockeysnubbarnas BK getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Pål Håkansson hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling George Lindberg in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Michel Bergendahl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Lindberg in the 20th minute of play forced Hockeysnubbarnas BK's goalkeeper Michel Bergendahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fredrik Hägglund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Duset having to interfere. A collision led to Hockeysnubbarnas BK getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Nils-Åke Billvall hit a great ball. Oskar Möller kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Michel Bergendahl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Hockeysnubbarnas BK from getting a goal against them. 31 minutes into the game, Nils-Åke Billvall was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hockeysnubbarnas BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UÅ Mästerbotten the free kick. Nils-Åke Billvall kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oskar Möller in the 32nd minute of play forced Hockeysnubbarnas BK's goalkeeper Michel Bergendahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michel Bergendahl was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and George Lindberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. George Lindberg really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Michel Bergendahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Lindberg in the 37th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 40 minutes into the game, when Karl Petersson put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 40th minute of the game. One of Hockeysnubbarnas BK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of UÅ Mästerbotten:s goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vilhelm Ek was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, UÅ Mästerbotten was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Krister Svanström to maneuver through the defense. Fredrik Hägglund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Michel Bergendahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Lindberg in the 59th minute of play. The UÅ Mästerbotten fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when UÅ Mästerbotten's George Lindberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If George Lindberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in UÅ Mästerbotten's zone, Fredrik Hägglund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Duset came out of the goal and Fredrik Hägglund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Pål Håkansson got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute of the match George Lindberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Michel Bergendahl showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 77th minute, Elof Tidéksson made a precise shot to the right of Arne Duset. UÅ Mästerbotten's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Pål Håkansson's late challenge caught a UÅ Mästerbotten's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pål Håkansson helped the player get up and apologised. Pål Håkansson kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Hockeysnubbarnas BK's Elof Tidéksson got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 89th minute Fredrik Hägglund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Duset saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. George Lindberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fredrik Hägglund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Arne Duset tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Many of Hockeysnubbarnas BK's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Hockeysnubbarnas BK may have spent more time on the ball, but UÅ Mästerbotten were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
