Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Kacper Pozorski started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd minute Bror Skoog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry Drewitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to AIF getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Karl-Michael Bergstedt hit a great ball. Brian Hult could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Edgar Brenner made a huge save. The supporters of AIF booed when IFK Ranger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saleh Saleh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgar Brenner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kacper Pozorski in the 10th minute. Harry Drewitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Collin in the 12th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Stefan Collin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Harry Drewitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Bror Skoog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, AIF's Edgar Brenner got control of the ball when Kacper Pozorski tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to AIF getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Benjamin Tolsson hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brian Hult in the 23rd minute of play forced AIF's goalkeeper Edgar Brenner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 minutes, Karl-Michael Bergstedt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AIF and the IFK Ranger players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Karl-Michael Bergstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karl-Michael Bergstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After 27 played minutes IFK Ranger got a freekick which was hit by Brian Hult. Gunnar Klemensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 34 minutes into the game, Bror Skoog cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Harry Drewitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to IFK Ranger getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Kacper Pozorski hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Kacper Pozorski sped through AIF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Edgar Brenner. Kacper Pozorski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46thth minute of the game Kacper Pozorski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AIF's Edgar Brenner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bror Skoog to strike the kick off in the second half. Bror Skoog recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benjamin Tolsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry Drewitz having to interfere. Brian Hult charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brian Hult the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 72 played minutes IFK Ranger got a freekick which was hit by Brian Hult. After a rather tough play, AIF's Benjamin Tolsson got a free kick in the 74th minute. Edgar Brenner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brian Hult in the 79th minute of play. A collision led to AIF getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Anton Harlén hit a great ball. After 82 played minutes IFK Ranger got a freekick which was hit by Saleh Saleh. If Bror Skoog had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bror Skoog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The AIF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AIF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
