In the 37th minute, Åke Wennerqvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hans Hedlund was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Joar Tunström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Max Landin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Real Södertälje's Hans Hedlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Malmgren in the 44th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joar Tunström to make the kick off. Fred Malmgren ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Fred Malmgren took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Hans Hedlund to make any attempt to save it. In the 68th minute of the match, Edwin Målare got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hans Hedlund was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 70th minute, Konrad Jonsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 72nd minute Fred Malmgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans Hedlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hans Hedlund made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Sven-Arne Berg sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Arne Berg got free with Hans Hedlund in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hans Hedlund came out of the goal and Fred Malmgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edwin Målare could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Hans Hedlund made a huge save. Edwin Målare came free with the goalkeeper in the 94th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Hans Hedlund could save by the left post. The Real Södertälje fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Artetas artilleri were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
