In the 15th minute of the match Fusk&Bygg AB got a corner. Ljungbyholm's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edgar Ferm ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 15th minute, Josef Finman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 19 minutes, Edgar Ferm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fusk&Bygg AB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgar Ferm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erik Alebom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Mats Ekeroth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erik Alebom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edgar Ferm struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Mats Ekeroth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fusk&Bygg AB. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Edgar Ferm sped through Ljungbyholm's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mats Ekeroth. Edgar Ferm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Ljungbyholm's Bertil Berg got a free kick in the 47th minute. In the 47th minute of the match Edgar Ferm shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mats Ekeroth showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Simon Hellström was the one to do the kick off. If Tom Fagrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mats Ekeroth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Alebom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Fusk&Bygg AB booed when Ljungbyholm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig Norberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mats Ekeroth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Alebom in the 61st minute of play. Edgar Ferm scored 0-4 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mats Ekeroth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Simon Hellström kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Mats Ekeroth was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Erik Alebom showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 69 minute of play. After 72 minutes, Erik Alebom mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fusk&Bygg AB and the Ljungbyholm players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ljungbyholm booed when Fusk&Bygg AB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Alebom didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erik Alebom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mats Ekeroth having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Ljungbyholm's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Alebom came free, but Mats Ekeroth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgar Ferm succeeded in the game's 81st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-6. After some careless play in the Ljungbyholm defense, Erik Alebom kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mats Ekeroth. The Ljungbyholm fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mats Ekeroth should have stopped the shot. Mats Ekeroth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Alebom in the 90th minute of play. Edgar Ferm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mats Ekeroth having to interfere. The Ljungbyholm fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fusk&Bygg AB were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
