Sven Böcklund started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Anton Billvall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. IFK Fjärås's Torbjörn Bålström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Arne Hansson in the 13th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Georg Björk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Torbjörn Bålström. IFK Fjärås's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Georg Björk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 21st minute Anton Billvall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erling Gernberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erling Gernberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Billvall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Torbjörn Bålström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Georg Björk, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Torbjörn Bålström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddie Forsberg in the 26th minute of the match. Anton Billvall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The wind increased when Per-Arne Hansson made the kick off in the second half. Sven Böcklund hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Björklinge BK's Wiktor Söderqvist got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Sven Böcklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erling Gernberg having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Georg Björk got free with Torbjörn Bålström in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Torbjörn Bålström made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Edmund Bergstedt sent off a good shot on target. Erling Gernberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patric Bengtsson in the 75th minute of play. In the 80th minute Anton Billvall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erling Gernberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the game, IFK Fjärås's Patric Bengtsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Björklinge BK players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
