Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Arne Rönn took the kick off in the first half of the match. Charles Vennerdal scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan Olenberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 9 minutes into the match, Charles Vennerdal notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Stadsbornas IF's Jan Olenberg. Jan Olenberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With 14 minutes on the clock, Edvin Engström commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 17 minutes Garsås IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Elof Carlsson who took care of the corner kick. Stadsbornas IF's Anthon Fastesson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tobias Berggren in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 25th match minute, Garsås IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Johan Apelquist to maneuver through the defense. Garsås IF's Mats Ryberg managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Olov Gustafsson in the 32 minute of the game. Jan Olenberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stellan Hansson in the 35th minute of play. Orvar Kihlberg didn't quite understand what happened when in the 44 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. The throw-in from Olov Gustafsson in the 46th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Garsås IF's Mats Ryberg.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Orvar Kihlberg to make the kick off. Karl-Johan Apelquist might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jan Olenberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Karl-Johan Apelquist ran back to his position shaking his head. The throw-in from Olov Gustafsson in the 65th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Garsås IF's Mats Ryberg. Karl-Johan Apelquist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Olov Gustafsson in the 72nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Garsås IF's Mats Ryberg. Garsås IF's Mats Ryberg managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Olov Gustafsson in the 74 minute of the game. Jan Olenberg came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Garsås IF's Mats Ryberg. But to his dismay, Mats Ryberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After 80 played minutes Garsås IF got a freekick which was hit by Stellan Hansson. Sakarias Danielsson kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Tobias Berggren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joachim Jönsätt, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Orvar Kihlberg could shoot a difficult shot in the 90th minute, which Jan Olenberg however easily saved by the left post. Garsås IF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
