Staffan Törnqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimmy Linquist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jimmy Linquist might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Staffan Törnqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jimmy Linquist ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 15th minute, Sten Bolander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Staffan Törnqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Staffan Törnqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Jonsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 23 minutes into the game, Valentin Jonsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Staffan Törnqvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 28th minute, Oldham Athletic's Valentin Jonsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bengt-Arne Harman in the 33rd minute of play forced Oldham Athletic's goalkeeper Mattias Pihlgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute Hisings Kärra RK were awarded a corner. Konrad Stenqvist went to the cornerflag to take it. Staffan Törnqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valentin Jonsson went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Staffan Törnqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Jonsson in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Oldham Athletic's Sten Bolander ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Staffan Törnqvist. Staffan Törnqvist yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 8-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentin Jonsson got free with Staffan Törnqvist in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 9-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Helge Glad to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Jimmy Linquist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Oldham Athletic fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. Hisings Kärra RK's Staffan Törnqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Jonsson in the 57th minute of play. In the 61st minute Valentin Jonsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Staffan Törnqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Staffan Törnqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimmy Linquist, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Konrad Stenqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Oldham Athletic fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. Oldham Athletic made a substitution. Ingvar Bollström replaced Valentin Jonsson. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adrian Pettersson in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Staffan Törnqvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Staffan Törnqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Bollström, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Staffan Törnqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimmy Linquist in the 83rd minute of the match. Ingvar Bollström took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Staffan Törnqvist. Staffan Törnqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-0. Helge Glad hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Staffan Törnqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimmy Linquist in the 96th minute of the match.
