Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Arne Rönn started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Hisings Kärra RK's goal looked a bit too open when Joachim Jönsätt came free, but Staffan Törnqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mark Hellgren came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Hisings Kärra RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mark Hellgren couldn't finish the play. Staffan Törnqvist was a little too slow when Joachim Jönsätt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 8th minute. The score was now 1-0. Helge Glad kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Staffan Törnqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonny Andreasson in the 12th minute. Arne Rönn might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Staffan Törnqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arne Rönn ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joachim Jönsätt in the 20th minute of play forced Hisings Kärra RK's goalkeeper Staffan Törnqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Helge Glad in the 22nd minute of play forced Stadsbornas IF's goalkeeper Jan Olenberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joachim Jönsätt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Staffan Törnqvist having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Stadsbornas IF's goal looked a bit too open when Helge Glad came free, but Jan Olenberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Stadsbornas IF getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Karl-Oskar Alberg hit a great ball. Mark Hellgren took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jan Olenberg. Stadsbornas IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Staffan Törnqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arne Rönn in the 40th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Hisings Kärra RK's zone, Björn Kilström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Staffan Törnqvist came out of the goal and Björn Kilström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Helge Glad was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Helge Glad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Olenberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 55 minutes, Mark Hellgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hisings Kärra RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mark Hellgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arne Rönn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Staffan Törnqvist having to interfere. After some careless play in the Hisings Kärra RK defense, Joachim Jönsätt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Staffan Törnqvist. The Hisings Kärra RK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Staffan Törnqvist should have stopped the shot. When Björn Kilström fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stadsbornas IF's protests and gave Björn Kilström a yellow card for diving instead. After 66 played minutes Stadsbornas IF got a freekick which was hit by Björn Kilström. Jonny Andreasson took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Staffan Törnqvist. Staffan Törnqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 72 minutes into the game, Kaj Karlberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Staffan Törnqvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ivar Vallengren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Jan Olenberg made a huge save. In the 79th minute, Björn Kilström made a precise shot to the right of Staffan Törnqvist. Hisings Kärra RK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Staffan Törnqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arne Rönn, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Ivar Vallengren's late challenge caught a Stadsbornas IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivar Vallengren helped the player get up and apologised. Ivar Vallengren kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Bengt-Arne Harman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Olenberg having to interfere. Jan Olenberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Helge Glad in the 92nd minute. Helge Glad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Jan Olenberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stadsbornas IF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
