Edvin Lindblom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Skark in the 3rd minute of play. After 5 played minutes 808s & Heartbreak got a freekick which was hit by Kjell Lundkvist. Malmö Torpedos's Johannes Hedbom got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Oliver Skark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th match minute, Malmö Torpedos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evert Lindkvist to maneuver through the defense. Evert Lindkvist hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute, Melker Nyström made a precise shot to the right of Edvin Lindblom. Malmö Torpedos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The supporters of Malmö Torpedos booed when 808s & Heartbreak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per-Arne Johansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 28 played minutes Malmö Torpedos got a freekick which was hit by Sakarias Säf. Oliver Skark struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Edvin Lindblom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 808s & Heartbreak. After a rather tough play, 808s & Heartbreak's Kjell Lundkvist got a free kick in the 34th minute. When Malmö Torpedos's Ingmar Målare in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 808s & Heartbreak's goalie prevented a goal. Melker Nyström struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Edvin Lindblom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 808s & Heartbreak. Oliver Skark hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Matthias Bjurström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ingmar Målare's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. If Ingmar Målare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 47thth minute of the game Ingmar Målare who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 808s & Heartbreak's Matthias Bjurström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oliver Skark was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Melker Nyström during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 54 played minutes Malmö Torpedos got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Hedbom. In the 55th match minute, Malmö Torpedos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evert Lindkvist to maneuver through the defense. Alf Fogel was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 56th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Roger Hult hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Johannes Hedbom scored 1-1 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matthias Bjurström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Evert Lindkvist fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Malmö Torpedos's protests and gave Evert Lindkvist a yellow card for diving instead. Evert Lindkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Malmö Torpedos's Jens-Åke Lange was substituted for Torbjörn Sillén. A collision led to Malmö Torpedos getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Evert Lindkvist hit a great ball. With his leg Matthias Bjurström managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when Malmö Torpedos's Ingmar Målare fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Matthias Bjurström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ingmar Målare's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Melker Nyström was shown his second yellow card after 85 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ingmar Målare in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matthias Bjurström saved 808s & Heartbreak from getting behind. Ingmar Målare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthias Bjurström having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ingmar Målare got free with Matthias Bjurström in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 95 minutes into the match, 808s & Heartbreak's goal looked a bit too open when Ingmar Målare came free, but Matthias Bjurström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matthias Bjurström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Johannes Hedbom in the 96th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Malmö Torpedos players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
