Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Åke Bergman started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Sakarias Finnman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Verner Drake tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Vedholm in the 6th minute of play forced Huvudstaden's goalkeeper Verner Drake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Huvudstaden's Verner Drake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sakarias Finnman in the 6th minute of play. In the 11th minute Emanuel Vedholm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Verner Drake saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Med Gang FC's Emanuel Vedholm in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Huvudstaden's goalie prevented a goal. In the 16th play minute Carl Abrahamsson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Nils-Erik Allbom. 1-0. Zuberoa Bubber hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. A collision led to Med Gang FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Simen Heisters hit a great ball. If Eric Lundqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the game, Erling Blomqvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Huvudstaden's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Med Gang FC the free kick. In the 41st minute, Alex Skager hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nils-Erik Allbom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Åke Bergman, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Verner Drake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Lundqvist in the 44th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sakarias Finnman made a kick off. Med Gang FC's Nils-Erik Allbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Åke Bergman in the 52nd minute of play. With a little luck, Huvudstaden's Verner Drake got control of the ball when Emanuel Vedholm tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gabriel Magnusson kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Eric Lundqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Åke Bergman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Huvudstaden booed when Med Gang FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils-Åke Hamnberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sakarias Finnman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Verner Drake came out and tried to block the shot, but Sakarias Finnman slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 86th minute. When Med Gang FC's Sakarias Finnman in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Huvudstaden's goalie prevented a goal. Med Gang FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
