The supporters of Al-Slottshöjden booed when MaLe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eddie Fransson didn't get a good kick on the ball. MaLe FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rolf Algren in the 23rd minute. A well done corner resulted in Markus Wenerdahl drilling the ball in to score 1-0 behind Al-Slottshöjden's goalkeeper. Sebastian Blomkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Arne Danielsson in the 30th minute of play. After 30 played minutes MaLe FC got a freekick which was hit by Erling Björk. 32 minutes into the match, Åke Askberg notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of MaLe FC's Sebastian Blomkvist. Sebastian Blomkvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Markus Wenerdahls short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Jens-Ola Vollander to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
