Spectators: 151 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Åke Bergman started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Tolsson in the 4th minute of play forced Huvudstaden's goalkeeper Verner Drake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute Huvudstaden were awarded a corner. Johannes Åström went to the cornerflag to take it. Huvudstaden's Johannes Åström was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jan Häger in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Verner Drake made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredrik Strömberg in the 9th minute of play. Höglunda IK's Jan Häger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Åke Bergman in the 11th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Åke Bergman in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan Häger saved Höglunda IK from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Åke Bergman in the 16th minute of play forced Höglunda IK's goalkeeper Jan Häger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugo Grelsson got free with Jan Häger in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Höglunda IK defense, Carl Abrahamsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan Häger. The Höglunda IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan Häger should have stopped the shot. Jan Häger made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Carl Abrahamsson sent off a good shot on target. 30 minutes into the match, Höglunda IK's goal looked a bit too open when Åke Bergman came free, but Jan Häger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carl Abrahamsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jan Häger having to make a save. After 34 minutes, Alvar Tönnberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Höglunda IK and the Huvudstaden players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Höglunda IK's Alvar Tönnberg got a free kick in the 35th minute. With a little luck, Höglunda IK's Jan Häger got control of the ball when Carl Abrahamsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 38th match minute, Höglunda IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kasper Mellin to maneuver through the defense. Verner Drake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Åström in the 42nd minute of the match. After 44 played minutes Höglunda IK got a freekick which was hit by Olov Johnsson. Jan Häger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Åström in the 45th minute of the match. Carl Abrahamsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Jan Häger made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kasper Mellin was the one to do the kick off. Carl Abrahamsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Jan Häger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fredrik Strömberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 61st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Verner Drake could save by the left post. Carl Abrahamsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 66th minute, Carl Abrahamsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Huvudstaden fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Carl Abrahamsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jan Häger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Abrahamsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute Carl Abrahamsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Häger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Höglunda IK's goal looked a bit too open when Carl Abrahamsson came free, but Jan Häger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Huvudstaden's Gabriel Magnusson in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Höglunda IK's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Gabriel Magnusson put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jan Häger. Johannes Åström made in the 90th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Åke Bergman. Jan Häger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Abrahamsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Carl Abrahamsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Höglunda IK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Huvudstaden.
