After 21 minutes, Johannes Bergendahl made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sonstorps Fotboll's Carl Utfal tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 25 minutes into the match, SJÖARED's goalkeeper Egon Pihlwall had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jørg Heichendorff. Andreas Sundström took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Carl Utfal. Sonstorps Fotboll's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

Jørg Heichendorff's late challenge caught a SJÖARED's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jørg Heichendorff helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of SJÖARED booed when Sonstorps Fotboll was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egon Pihlwall didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Sonstorps Fotboll's Taavet Rannik shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After some careless play in the SJÖARED defense, Rune Tönnberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Egon Pihlwall. Egon Pihlwall came out of the goal and Jørg Heichendorff tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jan Hellsing's late challenge caught a SJÖARED's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jan Hellsing helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Sonstorps Fotboll getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Jan Hellsing hit a great ball. Vykan Stolpe struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Carl Utfal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SJÖARED. In the 95th minute, Jørg Heichendorff hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sonstorps Fotboll's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
