In the 19thth minute of the game Stefan Willig who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Skollholmen FC's Måns Sigfridsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Måns Sigfridsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stefan Willig's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Skollholmen FC's Måns Sigfridsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tage Berglund in the 24th minute of play. If Inge Hake had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. With a little luck, Skollholmen FC's Måns Sigfridsson got control of the ball when Stefan Willig tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tage Berglund got free with Måns Sigfridsson in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 91 played minutes AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK got a freekick which was hit by August Liljeström. The AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
