Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Karl-Åke Billing started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Järbo got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Lundberg. 3 minutes into the match, Asarum's Andréas Johnsson broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 9 minutes into the match, Asarum's goalkeeper Michel Duset had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arne Haström. Karl-Magnus Nyberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Johan Rudberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olof Fribäck in the 20th minute of play forced Järbo's goalkeeper Johan Rudberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isac Lindkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. A collision led to Asarum getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Aaron Lindsten hit a great ball. Karl-Åke Billing received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Michel Duset came out and tried to block the shot, but Karl-Åke Billing slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 32nd minute. 40 minutes into the match, Bertil Flink dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Michel Duset, 2-0. Michel Duset made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvald Arvidsson in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Johan Rudberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olof Fribäck in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 64th match minute, Asarum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isac Lindkvist to maneuver through the defense. Johan Rudberg made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Andréas Johnsson sent off a good shot on target. In the 82nd minute, Olof Fribäck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute Karl-Åke Billing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Duset saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sören Henriksson's late challenge caught a Asarum's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sören Henriksson helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Asarum booed when Järbo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sören Henriksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johan Rudberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andréas Johnsson in the 92nd minute. Johan Rudberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olof Fribäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
