Jörgen Gummeson made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Fredrik Grönlund sent off a good shot on target. If Bernt Nordmark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. Olof Lustig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernt Nordmark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Falconer FC's goalkeeper Olof Lustig, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernt Nordmark in the 21st minute of play forced Falconer FC's goalkeeper Olof Lustig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jörgen Gummeson stood somewhat misplaced when Gustav Larsfelt came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 40 minute. Garphyttan's Jörgen Gummeson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmie Strömbom in the 42nd minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpected shot in the 64th minute by Lennart Svanström got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Falconer FC's Olof Lustig proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Falconer FC from getting a goal against them. In the 67th minute Bernt Nordmark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olof Lustig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
