The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes Halkus Valkus BK got a freekick which was hit by Uku Vana. Jiří Grim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustav Larsfelt's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexander Ålberg during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Halkus Valkus BK getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Alexander Ålberg hit a great ball. 8 minutes into the match, Halkus Valkus BK's goal looked a bit too open when Gustav Larsfelt came free, but Jiří Grim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jiří Grim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustav Larsfelt in the 9th minute. Patrick Sander hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nick Usel in the 16th minute of play forced Falconer FC's goalkeeper Olof Lustig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 18 played minutes Falconer FC got a freekick which was hit by Ivar Knutsson. Viktor Hellström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jiří Grim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Malte Danielsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Falconer FC's Gustav Larsfelt in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Olof Lustig stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ovidiu Spirea's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Falconer FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ovidiu Spirea was slow to take the kick. During this time Halkus Valkus BK's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Ovidiu Spirea got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Olof Lustig quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Olof Lustig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ovidiu Spirea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute, Ovidiu Spirea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Halkus Valkus BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ovidiu Spirea in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olof Lustig prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jiří Grim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustav Larsfelt in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Malte Danielsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gustav Larsfelt hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Olof Lustig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Malte Danielsson in the 62nd minute of the match. Ovidiu Spirea took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Olof Lustig. Falconer FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jiří Grim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredrik Grönlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After 68 played minutes, Halkus Valkus BK's Ovidiu Spirea shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Olof Lustig came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Halkus Valkus BK reached it. Thanks to some nice moves Nick Usel could shoot a difficult shot in the 69th minute, which Olof Lustig however easily saved by the left post. Jiří Grim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredrik Grönlund in the 71st minute of play. Falconer FC's Olof Lustig proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Falconer FC from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 77 minutes, Olof Lustig successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 78th match minute, Falconer FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orvar Nyberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute, Fredrik Grönlund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Falconer FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Falconer FC's Olof Lustig proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Falconer FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lütfullah Tan in the 92nd minute of play forced Falconer FC's goalkeeper Olof Lustig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Falconer FC's Göran Hedman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jiří Grim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fredrik Grönlund in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jiří Grim saved Halkus Valkus BK from getting behind.
