The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Malte Danielsson helped the player get up and apologised. After 2 played minutes Halkus Valkus BK got a freekick which was hit by Malte Danielsson. Jiří Grim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magnus Karlsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 5th minute, Marc Beneth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thor Frykberg made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Nick Usel sent off a good shot on target. Thor Frykberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malte Danielsson in the 14th minute of play. Ovidiu Spirea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Thor Frykberg made a huge save. Arne Karlsson struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Jiří Grim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vännäsby BF. Jiří Grim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arne Karlsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After some careless play in the Halkus Valkus BK defense, Arne Karlsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jiří Grim. The Halkus Valkus BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jiří Grim should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Nick Usel could shoot a difficult shot in the 26th minute, which Thor Frykberg however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to Vännäsby BF getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Isaac Wållander hit a great ball. Vännäsby BF's Thor Frykberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malte Danielsson in the 30th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Vännäsby BF's goal looked a bit too open when Malte Danielsson came free, but Thor Frykberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven Broberg in the 33rd minute of play forced Halkus Valkus BK's goalkeeper Jiří Grim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thor Frykberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexander Ålberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Arne Karlsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jiří Grim. Halkus Valkus BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arne Karlsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arne Karlsson in the 44th minute of play forced Halkus Valkus BK's goalkeeper Jiří Grim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Arne Karlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Magnus Karlsson charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Magnus Karlsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 51st minute, Magnus Karlsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sune Sjöberg kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 59th minute by Arne Karlsson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jiří Grim came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Vännäsby BF's Magnus Karlsson. But to his dismay, Magnus Karlsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. When Malte Danielsson was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 66 minutes had been played. A collision led to Halkus Valkus BK getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Malte Danielsson hit a great ball. Halkus Valkus BK made a substitution. Lütfullah Tan replaced Nick Usel. Otto Drake, 76 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Halkus Valkus BK's Jiří Grim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Halkus Valkus BK from getting a goal against them. After 80 played minutes Vännäsby BF got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Rune Karlsson. Wictor Ståhlberg kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Ovidiu Spirea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Thor Frykberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Magnus Karlsson came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Vännäsby BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Magnus Karlsson couldn't finish the play. Arne Karlsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jiří Grim having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Magnus Karlsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vännäsby BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Magnus Karlsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jiří Grim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over Vännäsby BF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Halkus Valkus BK throughout the match.
