The supporters of Vejbystrand booed when Arsenal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pål Brun didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Henric Nordal came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Vejbystrand fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henric Nordal couldn't finish the play. After 7 played minutes Vejbystrand got a freekick which was hit by Oskar Deckbergh. Einar Hedström kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Damaso Orlin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jarl Kalfhage was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, Arsenal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Henric Nordal came free, but Andy Reuteler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Pål Brun in the 23rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Vejbystrand's Timmy Asplund. After a rather tough play, Vejbystrand's Henric Nordal got a free kick in the 23rd minute. The throw-in from Pål Brun in the 33rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Vejbystrand's Timmy Asplund. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arsenal FC's goalkeeper Andy Reuteler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 44 minutes into the match, Damaso Orlin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jarl Kalfhage. Vejbystrand's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Damaso Orlin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When Tommy Norberg fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vejbystrand's protests and gave Tommy Norberg a yellow card for diving instead. Einar Hedström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Jarl Kalfhage tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute Henric Nordal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andy Reuteler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Vejbystrand's Fredric Örtendahl got a free kick in the 59th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Vejbystrand's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Melberg came free, but Jarl Kalfhage reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 62 played minutes Vejbystrand got a freekick which was hit by Fredric Örtendahl. In the 62nd minute, Patrik Melberg sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Vejbystrand's Jarl Kalfhage didn't even have to move. Jarl Kalfhage took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Orlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Arsenal FC's Damaso Orlin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jarl Kalfhage. That made the score 0-3 after 66 minutes of play. In the 70th minute, Kong Lin Xiang reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jarl Kalfhage. The goal made the score 0-4. 74 minutes into the match, Vejbystrand's goal looked a bit too open when Matthias Löfgren came free, but Jarl Kalfhage reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Damaso Orlin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Jarl Kalfhage was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 77 played minutes Arsenal FC got a freekick which was hit by Per-Åke Albäck. After 78 played minutes, Vejbystrand's Tommy Norberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Andy Reuteler came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vejbystrand reached it. Einar Hedström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Jarl Kalfhage tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henric Nordal in the 82nd minute of play forced Arsenal FC's goalkeeper Andy Reuteler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the game, Arsenal FC's Damaso Orlin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jarl Kalfhage made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. In the 90thth minute of the game Henric Nordal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arsenal FC's Andy Reuteler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arsenal FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
