Rune Grep made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joakim Rydelius in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute Tunge Titans were awarded a corner. Robin Palmquist went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Tunge Titans's Robin Palmquist to fire away a dangerous shot which Rune Grep despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a little luck, Lirarnas Lag's Rune Grep got control of the ball when Stellan Lund tried to sneak it across the goal line. A hard shot 24 in the game by Stellan Lund from a close distance when the talented Rune Grep managed to make a qualified save. Lirarnas Lag's players were relieved. When Robin Palmquist fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tunge Titans's protests and gave Robin Palmquist a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Lirarnas Lag booed when Tunge Titans was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robin Palmquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Willy Herzog showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christer Wästerberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Rune Grep showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Dalström, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Lirarnas Lag's Rune Grep played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Dalström in the 37th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lirarnas Lag's Alessio Cinalli got a free kick in the 38th minute. Robin Palmquist shot from long distance in the 39th minute, but Rune Grep was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. After 43 minutes, Hakim Cody mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tunge Titans and the Lirarnas Lag players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hakim Cody kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute Jonathan Petersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willy Herzog saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Christer Wästerberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Willy Herzog was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The Tunge Titans players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lirarnas Lag were winning 1-2.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henry Dalström was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Henry Dalström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Grep saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Lirarnas Lag's goal looked a bit too open when Stellan Lund came free, but Rune Grep reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elpidio Feliu hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Robin Palmquist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rune Grep. Lirarnas Lag's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Rune Grep stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henry Dalström's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Tunge Titans's Khamzat Chimaev was substituted for Joakim Rydelius. After 73 played minutes Tunge Titans got a freekick which was hit by Edwin Åberg. 74 minutes into the match, Tunge Titans's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Petersson came free, but Willy Herzog reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Tunge Titans defense, Jonathan Petersson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Willy Herzog. The Tunge Titans fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Willy Herzog should have stopped the shot. Edwin Åberg charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edwin Åberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th minute, Edwin Åberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Willy Herzog took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Petersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the match, Alessio Cinalli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Willy Herzog. Tunge Titans's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alessio Cinalli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Rune Grep took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Olofsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lirarnas Lag were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Tunge Titans's much stronger midfield.
