When Lanny Lilly fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wyoming Cowboys's protests and gave Lanny Lilly a yellow card for diving instead. After 36 played minutes Wyoming Cowboys got a freekick which was hit by Lanny Lilly. Örjan Andersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivar Eklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peter Buck kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After 41 played minutes, Wyoming Cowboys's Harry Sjö shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Örjan Andersson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Wyoming Cowboys reached it. Wyoming Cowboys's Philip McNamara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Folke Flink in the 43rd minute of play. The Plan B players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Wyoming Cowboys were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Ivar Eklund made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Wyoming Cowboys booed when Plan B was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bennvar Nikkinen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Plan B's Örjan Andersson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Plan B from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Wyoming Cowboys had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
