Chiquito Branca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pål Larsson in the 15th minute of play. Valentin Åkerberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Sjödin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The long shot by Egil Kinnman in the 18th minute really tested Valentin Åkerberg's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Alf Löfgren struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Chiquito Branca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ytterby FF. The Boom Shaka Laka players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ytterby FF were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stig-Ove Falkrans made a kick off. The supporters of Boom Shaka Laka booed when Ytterby FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pål Larsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chiquito Branca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alf Löfgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute.
