Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) After a rather tough play, Viola Invest's Nae Bărboianu got a free kick in the 5th minute. 7 minutes into the match, Viola Invest's goal looked a bit too open when Mugur Nisipeanu came free, but Flavius Izbașa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florin Bălașa's late challenge caught a UFC STEAUA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florin Bălașa helped the player get up and apologised. Florin Bălașa hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, UFC STEAUA's Mugur Nisipeanu got a free kick in the 11th minute. Viola Invest's Flavius Izbașa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugur Nisipeanu in the 15th minute of play. Mugur Nisipeanu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Flavius Izbașa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Alin Davidescu charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alin Davidescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 22 played minutes UFC STEAUA got a freekick which was hit by Alin Davidescu. Mugur Nisipeanu in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Flavius Izbașa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 34 minutes, Cornel Stoicea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Viola Invest and the UFC STEAUA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cornel Stoicea kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Costică Petran came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Viola Invest's Cornel Stoicea. But to his dismay, Cornel Stoicea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. With a little luck, Viola Invest's Flavius Izbașa got control of the ball when Mugur Nisipeanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Viola Invest's Flavius Izbașa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Hodorog in the 42nd minute of play. UFC STEAUA's Mugur Nisipeanu got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Albert Hodorog took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavius Izbașa. Flavius Izbașa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Albert Hodorog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 58th minute Albert Hodorog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavius Izbașa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Viola Invest getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Iustinian Brezeanu hit a great ball. A collision led to Viola Invest getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Florin Răducioiu hit a great ball. Flavius Izbașa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mugur Nisipeanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th match minute, Viola Invest was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Armanca to maneuver through the defense. Nae Bărboianu charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nae Bărboianu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 79th match minute, Viola Invest was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nae Bărboianu to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Viola Invest getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. George Teodoreanu hit a great ball. After 81 played minutes, UFC STEAUA's Enaut Ziguenza shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Flavius Izbașa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in UFC STEAUA reached it. Flavius Izbașa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Hodorog in the 84th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Viola Invest's zone, Albert Hodorog stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavius Izbașa came out of the goal and Albert Hodorog tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 91 minutes into the game, Victor Armanca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Viola Invest's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UFC STEAUA the free kick. In the 93rd minute of the match Alin Davidescu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Flavius Izbașa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. There was no doubt that UFC STEAUA were the better team. UFC STEAUA's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
