After a defensive mix-up in FC Buciumii's zone, Remus Ostoici stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelian Ştiubei came out of the goal and Remus Ostoici tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 6 minutes into the game, Adrian Jitaru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Aurelian Ştiubei was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 9 minutes into the match, FC Buciumii's goal looked a bit too open when Remus Ostoici came free, but Aurelian Ştiubei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th match minute, FC Buciumii was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dragoş Slătineanu to maneuver through the defense. The FC Fanaticii fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when FC Fanaticii's Francisc Ciocâlteu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Aurelian Ştiubei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisc Ciocâlteu in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute Sebastian Giubelean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Giurcă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, FC Fanaticii's goalkeeper Emanuel Giurcă had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Denis Jurcuț. FC Buciumii's Aurelian Ştiubei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisc Ciocâlteu in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute FC Fanaticii were awarded a corner. Bogdan Buzea went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led FC Fanaticii's Bogdan Buzea to fire away a dangerous shot which Aurelian Ştiubei despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Luca Magherescu got a throw-in 43 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Denis Jurcuț. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelian Enișteanu in the 46th minute of play forced FC Buciumii's goalkeeper Aurelian Ştiubei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The FC Buciumii players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Fanaticii were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastian Giubelean stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aurelian Enișteanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelian Ştiubei having to interfere. Emanuel Giurcă stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silviu Bârsan's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Francisc Ciocâlteu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute Aurelian Enișteanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelian Ştiubei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Francisc Ciocâlteu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Fanaticii's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisc Ciocâlteu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aurelian Ştiubei breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When FC Fanaticii's Aurelian Enișteanu in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 68th minute, Francisc Ciocâlteu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aurelian Ştiubei was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisc Ciocâlteu got free with Aurelian Ştiubei in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aurelian Ştiubei made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Francisc Ciocâlteu sent off a good shot on target. FC Fanaticii's Bogdan Buzea managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Luca Magherescu in the 88 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelian Enișteanu in the 90th minute of play forced FC Buciumii's goalkeeper Aurelian Ştiubei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisc Ciocâlteu got free with Aurelian Ştiubei in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The excitement rose when FC Buciumii's Silviu Bârsan after 95 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for FC Fanaticii's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 1-3. The FC Fanaticii players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
