Ovidiu Dugulescu hit a great ball. In the 8th minute, Eric Şneapotă made a precise shot to the right of Lucrețiu Buligan. F.C SBG DTR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 10 minutes into the game, Navigatii Bacău's Horaţiu Rotariu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucrețiu Buligan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 14 minutes of play, Navigatii Bacău's Șerban Zegreanu made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucrețiu Buligan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 18th minute Șerban Zegreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucrețiu Buligan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eric Şneapotă in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucrețiu Buligan saved F.C SBG DTR from getting behind. Navigatii Bacău's Florin Niță proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Navigatii Bacău from getting a goal against them. Radu Dragușin kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Eric Şneapotă ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucrețiu Buligan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 35th match minute, Navigatii Bacău was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remus Zăraşcu to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Dorin Rareș managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C SBG DTR's supporters rose to their feet, but Dorin Rareș was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florin Niță breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Florin Niță stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pompiliu Teodoreanu's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. 40 minutes into the game, Horaţiu Rotariu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Lucrețiu Buligan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ovidiu Dugulescu scored 1-5 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Florin Niță, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Horaţiu Rotariu kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Șerban Zegreanu made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, F.C SBG DTR's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Şneapotă came free, but Lucrețiu Buligan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Ovidiu Dugulescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florin Niță. Navigatii Bacău's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ovidiu Dugulescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. Horaţiu Rotariu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Lucrețiu Buligan made a huge save. Lucrețiu Buligan made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Horaţiu Rotariu sent off a good shot on target. Lucrețiu Buligan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Șerban Zegreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 91st minute of the match, Horaţiu Rotariu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lucrețiu Buligan was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the match had been going on for 94 minutes, Navigatii Bacău's Remus Zăraşcu got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Lucrețiu Buligan. The F.C SBG DTR supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Navigatii Bacău's performance. The match ended with a win for Navigatii Bacău.
