Spectators: 156 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 0) Pavel Codin made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Scheia booed when PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicu Miniș didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th minute Nae Conta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Mortu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pavel Codin took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ernest Mortu. Ernest Mortu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ernest Mortu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niculae Mateianu in the 14th minute of play. If Nicu Miniș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Niculae Mateianu during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Niculae Mateianu kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's Nae Conta got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ernest Mortu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niculae Mateianu, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Ernest Mortu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pavel Codin's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Ernest Mortu came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's Nicu Miniș. But to his dismay, Nicu Miniș quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 32 minutes into the match, Scheia's goal looked a bit too open when Nicu Miniș came free, but Ernest Mortu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernest Mortu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niculae Mateianu in the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Pavel Codin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ernest Mortu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After some careless play in the Scheia defense, Pavel Codin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ernest Mortu. The Scheia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ernest Mortu should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viorel Aluneanu made a kick off. Ernest Mortu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niculae Mateianu in the 58th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's Nicu Miniș slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ernest Mortu. That made the score 0-6 after 61 minutes of play. PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's Cristian Minteuan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viorel Aluneanu in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute Nicu Miniș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Mortu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Scheia's goalkeeper Ernest Mortu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pavel Codin. Ernest Mortu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nicu Miniș showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 78 minute of play. Ernest Mortu made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Pavel Codin sent off a good shot on target. 85 minutes into the match, Scheia's goalkeeper Ernest Mortu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pavel Codin. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nae Conta in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ernest Mortu saved Scheia from getting behind. If Niculae Mateianu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tudor Otopeanu's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ernest Mortu firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavel Codin in the 94th minute of play forced Scheia's goalkeeper Ernest Mortu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernest Mortu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicu Miniș in the 97th minute of the match. PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
