Pawel Tarka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Mochowak having to interfere. Feliks Bury took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olaf Kaczanek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute of the match KAMILOS got a corner. Olimpia Koło's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wincent Wojtkiewicz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Pawel Tarka's late challenge caught a KAMILOS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pawel Tarka helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th match minute, Olimpia Koło was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pawel Tarka to maneuver through the defense. Bogdan Domin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Feliks Bury tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, KAMILOS's goal looked a bit too open when Andrzej Gollob came free, but Herbert Mochowak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pawel Tarka in the 26th minute of play forced KAMILOS's goalkeeper Herbert Mochowak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A nice corner shot did that Dobromir Budrewicz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Herbert Mochowak quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. KAMILOS's Tomasz Podolski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gilbert Niewiadomski in the 47 minute of the game. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pawel Tarka was the one to do the kick off. Feliks Bury made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wincent Wojtkiewicz in the 55th minute of play. Herbert Mochowak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrzej Gollob in the 83rd minute of play. A collision led to Olimpia Koło getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Remigiusz Arbaszewski hit a great ball. With a little luck, Olimpia Koło's Feliks Bury got control of the ball when Bogdan Domin tried to sneak it across the goal line.
