Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Borys Maruda started the match with the kick off. Hugon Derlanga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juliusz Mnich in the 3rd minute of the match. Emil Popowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Borys Maruda, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 7th minute Lukasz Borczak suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 7 minutes into the game, Waldemar Jankowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BRÓDNO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zryw Samsonów the free kick. After a rather tough play, BRÓDNO's Waldemar Jankowski got a free kick in the 8th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Borys Maruda in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emil Popowicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the BRÓDNO defense, Iwo Galagan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emil Popowicz. The BRÓDNO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emil Popowicz should have stopped the shot. When Zygmunt Mentus came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Zryw Samsonów fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zygmunt Mentus couldn't finish the play. Waldemar Jankowski hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. BRÓDNO's Emil Popowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomil Szostak in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Borys Maruda notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of BRÓDNO's Emil Popowicz. Emil Popowicz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Borys Maruda succeeded in the game's 34th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. After 45 played minutes BRÓDNO got a freekick which was hit by Jaroslaw Zajonc.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jaroslaw Zajonc made a kick off. Emil Popowicz made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Radomil Szostak sent off a good shot on target. After 59 minutes BRÓDNO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zygmunt Mentus who took care of the corner kick. Emil Popowicz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kazimierz Grocholski went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. After 66 played minutes Zryw Samsonów got a freekick which was hit by Bogdan Kilar. Kazimierz Grocholski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in BRÓDNO's zone, Radomil Szostak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emil Popowicz came out of the goal and Radomil Szostak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 85 minutes into the match, BRÓDNO's goal looked a bit too open when Radomil Szostak came free, but Emil Popowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over Zryw Samsonów could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than BRÓDNO throughout the match.
