The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mateusz Zagrodny struck a weak shot in the 2nd minute. Michal Brudnicki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mucha nie siada. 3 minutes into the match, FC Catalonia's goalkeeper Michal Brudnicki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eugeniusz Merski. A collision led to FC Catalonia getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Damian Danisiewicz hit a great ball. FC Catalonia's Michal Brudnicki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save FC Catalonia from getting a goal against them. Mucha nie siada's László Köteles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartlomiej Zaworski in the 16th minute of play. Eugeniusz Merski took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Michal Brudnicki. Michal Brudnicki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 30 minutes into the match, Mucha nie siada's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Fikus came free, but László Köteles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Czeslaw Piczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but László Köteles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Bartlomiej Zaworski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. László Köteles was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a rather tough play, Mucha nie siada's Iwo Pilitowski got a free kick in the 43rd minute. 46 minutes into the match, Mucha nie siada's goal looked a bit too open when Barnaba Rywin came free, but László Köteles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mateusz Zagrodny to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, FC Catalonia's goal looked a bit too open when Iwo Pilitowski came free, but Michal Brudnicki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barnaba Rywin in the 69th minute of play forced Mucha nie siada's goalkeeper László Köteles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michal Brudnicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateusz Zagrodny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. László Köteles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Czeslaw Piczak in the 74th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Eugeniusz Merski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Mucha nie siada's Eugeniusz Merski got a free kick in the 79th minute. 84 minutes into the game, Mucha nie siada's Eugeniusz Merski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Michal Brudnicki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. After 87 played minutes FC Catalonia got a freekick which was hit by Damian Danisiewicz. Eugeniusz Merski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Michal Brudnicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Catalonia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
