The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jacek Giertych showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klement Rode in the 4th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milosz Jaks in the 8th minute of play forced Gliwicka Torcida's goalkeeper Jacek Giertych to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacek Giertych made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milosz Jaks in the 11th minute of play. Wasyl Knopek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Korneliusz Szpakowski in the 13th minute of play. Milosz Jaks's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacek Giertych read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, Robert Pilsudski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gliwicka Torcida's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sowliny ☆☆☆ A.D.2007 the free kick. The supporters of Sowliny ☆☆☆ A.D.2007 booed when Gliwicka Torcida was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Pilsudski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Klement Rode got free with Jacek Giertych in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Milosz Jaks kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. A collision led to Gliwicka Torcida getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Adam Tomiczek hit a great ball. After 29 played minutes Gliwicka Torcida got a freekick which was hit by Ziemowit Pruss. In the 31st minute Milosz Jaks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacek Giertych saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marek Karaszkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacek Giertych having to interfere. Jacek Giertych made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Marek Karaszkiewicz sent off a good shot on target. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Borys Motyl stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Panto Felek made a precise shot to the right of Jacek Giertych. Gliwicka Torcida's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 57 played minutes Gliwicka Torcida got a freekick which was hit by Korneliusz Szpakowski. Jacek Giertych showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jyayas Jayo in the 59th minute of the match. The throw-in from Milosz Jaks in the 60th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Gliwicka Torcida's Szczepan Miazga. Jacek Giertych had in the 68thth minute some difficulties stopping Jyayas Jayo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 73rd minute, Tolek Wrzosek had to leave the field with a concussion. Sowliny ☆☆☆ A.D.2007's Edward Ostrowski was substituted for Tolek Wrzosek. Korneliusz Szpakowski hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. When Gliwicka Torcida's Korneliusz Szpakowski in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sowliny ☆☆☆ A.D.2007's goalie prevented a goal. Edward Ostrowski hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Korneliusz Szpakowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Wasyl Knopek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 87 played minutes Sowliny ☆☆☆ A.D.2007 got a freekick which was hit by Edward Malewicz. Edward Malewicz's late challenge caught a Gliwicka Torcida's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edward Malewicz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 90th minute, Edward Malewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sowliny ☆☆☆ A.D.2007's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
