AP Tempo's Zbyszek Smolarek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomir Penc in the 11th minute of play. Korneliusz Dzerwucki scored 1-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zbyszek Smolarek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Bitcoin Elbląg booed when AP Tempo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miroslaw Klejnowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Wladyslaw Sala's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zbyszek Smolarek was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Boleslaw Dropinski made a kick off. After 53 played minutes AP Tempo got a freekick which was hit by Miroslaw Klejnowski. Boguslaw Walentowicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 61 minutes into the match, AP Tempo's goal looked a bit too open when Wladyslaw Sala came free, but Zbyszek Smolarek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Waclaw Zbydniowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomir Penc in the 69th minute of play forced AP Tempo's goalkeeper Zbyszek Smolarek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cyryl Kondysar charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cyryl Kondysar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Bitcoin Elbląg getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Cyryl Kondysar hit a great ball. Bitcoin Elbląg made a substitution. Adam Oborski replaced Cyryl Kondysar. Bitcoin Elbląg's Stanislaw Zabrzeski was substituted for Dobromir Jeziorkowski.
