Zbyszek Smolarek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Artūras Zapolski's late challenge caught a AP Tempo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Artūras Zapolski helped the player get up and apologised. Artūras Zapolski hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The supporters of FC Brzesko City booed when AP Tempo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waclaw Zbydniowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Borys Zaremba struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Zbyszek Smolarek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. AP Tempo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Artūras Zapolski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Zbyszek Smolarek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilbert Cetnar in the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th match minute, FC Brzesko City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Sierocki to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Artūras Zapolski to make the kick off. FC Brzesko City played a much better game than AP Tempo and deserved their victory. The AP Tempo players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
