With an extended leg and a bit of luck Meng Yan Jing prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Lu Yuan Yin advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-4 in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The wind increased when Michal Arendarski made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fu Wei Di during the 51st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Abandon All Hope. After a rather tough play, Abandon All Hope's Dedê de Castro got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Chelmza Team's Marian Glembin was substituted for Stathis Giannopoulos. Meng Yan Jing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Segundo Casco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilbert Gorzkiewicz in the 83rd minute of play forced Chelmza Team's goalkeeper Waldemar Pawlik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Meng Yan Jing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lu Yuan Yin, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. With a little luck, Abandon All Hope's Meng Yan Jing got control of the ball when Lu Yuan Yin tried to sneak it across the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Chelmza Team's Lu Yuan Yin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Meng Yan Jing narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Abandon All Hope's zone, Lu Yuan Yin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Meng Yan Jing came out of the goal and Lu Yuan Yin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over Chelmza Team could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Abandon All Hope throughout the match.
