Edmund Laskowski hit a great ball. The long shot by Lucjan Janiczek in the 37th minute really tested Bogdan Ludzia's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Rafal Cetnar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bogdan Ludzia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Bogdan Ludzia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucjan Janiczek in the 46th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enrico Colella was the one to do the kick off. Bogdan Ludzia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 93 minutes into the match, Rafal Cetnar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bogdan Ludzia. Fc Pawonków's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafal Cetnar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Fc Pawonków players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Słodkie Cytryny.
