The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicolas Anelka got free with Søren Wangen in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregor Reinauer in the 7th minute of play forced Trygsland BK's goalkeeper Søren Wangen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Trygsland BK's Søren Wangen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ole Radtke in the 8th minute of play. Søren Wangen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregor Reinauer in the 14th minute of the match. Nicolas Anelka scored 2-0 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Søren Wangen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nicolas Anelka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 23rd minute, KFC Uerdingen 05's Gregor Reinauer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Søren Wangen. Søren Wangen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. 27 minutes into the match, Ole Radtke had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Søren Wangen. Trygsland BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ole Radtke was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Søren Wangen came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by KFC Uerdingen 05's Nicolas Anelka. But to his dismay, Nicolas Anelka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Ole Radtke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Søren Wangen made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ole Radtke in the 34th minute of play forced Trygsland BK's goalkeeper Søren Wangen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ole Radtke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Søren Wangen made a huge save. After 37 minutes, Casper Størkersen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trygsland BK and the KFC Uerdingen 05 players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of KFC Uerdingen 05 booed when Trygsland BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casper Størkersen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Trygsland BK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gregor Reinauer 38 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 6-0. In the 42nd minute, Nicolas Anelka made a precise shot to the right of Søren Wangen. Trygsland BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. A hard shot 46 in the game by Ole Radtke from a close distance when the talented Søren Wangen managed to make a qualified save. Trygsland BK's players were relieved. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ole Radtke to make the kick off. Ole Radtke scored 8-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Søren Wangen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Søren Wangen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregor Reinauer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Trygsland BK's Søren Wangen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Edin Džeko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Søren Wangen. Søren Wangen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ole Radtke in the 82nd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the game, KFC Uerdingen 05's Gregor Reinauer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Søren Wangen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0. Søren Wangen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walter Zürner in the 87th minute of play. Trygsland BK's Søren Wangen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregor Reinauer in the 89th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ole Radtke in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Søren Wangen saved Trygsland BK from getting behind. In the 93rd minute, Gregor Reinauer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Søren Wangen was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-0. KFC Uerdingen 05's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
