Spectators: 149 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 0) Jonathan Fimreite started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Trygve Larsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johnny Burns in the 2nd minute of the match. Trygve Larsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tristram Ellerton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 6 minutes into the match, Fjertoft FF's goal looked a bit too open when Johnny Burns came free, but Trygve Larsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fjertoft FF's Trygve Larsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tristram Ellerton in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Kasey Gobey made a precise shot to the right of Trygve Larsen. Fjertoft FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Trygve Larsen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tristram Ellerton went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Fausto Nazzaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Trygve Larsen was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Trygve Larsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kasey Gobey in the 18th minute of play. Trygve Larsen came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético de Newell's Johnny Burns. But to his dismay, Johnny Burns quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 23rd minute Kasey Gobey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trygve Larsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Andreas Figenschau was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fjertoft FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético de Newell the free kick. In the 23rd match minute, Fjertoft FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Figenschau to maneuver through the defense. If Kasey Gobey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 32 played minutes Club Atlético de Newell got a freekick which was hit by Kasey Gobey. 36 minutes into the match, Fjertoft FF's goal looked a bit too open when Kasey Gobey came free, but Trygve Larsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the game, Club Atlético de Newell's Johnny Burns nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Trygve Larsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 42nd minute, Kasey Gobey ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Trygve Larsen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tristram Ellerton made a kick off. Jonathan Langås kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Kasey Gobey ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Trygve Larsen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Fjertoft FF's Trygve Larsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Greg Bastow in the 57th minute of play. Torstein Langvik hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Tristram Ellerton scored 0-7 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Trygve Larsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 65th minute, Fausto Nazzaro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atlético de Newell fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. 68 minutes into the match, Tristram Ellerton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Trygve Larsen. Fjertoft FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tristram Ellerton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Atlético de Newell's Johnny Burns slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Trygve Larsen. That made the score 0-10 after 71 minutes of play. With a little luck, Fjertoft FF's Trygve Larsen got control of the ball when Tristram Ellerton tried to sneak it across the goal line. Trygve Larsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johnny Burns in the 78th minute of the match. Trygve Larsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kasey Gobey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes in the game, Kasey Gobey fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Trygve Larsen having to interfere. Club Atlético de Newell's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
