The supporters of Vestfjorden FK booed when Mulgimaa Kosilased was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduard Rahkema didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mulgimaa Kosilased's Georg Taigur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ími Friðbertsson in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th minute of the match Ståle Stokkan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Georg Taigur skillfully saved the ball. Kunnar Veetõusme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Gil Ceni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gil Ceni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kunnar Veetõusme in the 24th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Vestfjorden FK's Bendik Breistein got a free kick in the 27th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Mulgimaa Kosilased's Kunnar Veetõusme broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 32nd minute Ími Friðbertsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Taigur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kunnar Veetõusme kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Georg Taigur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ími Friðbertsson in the 37th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Mulgimaa Kosilased defense, Birk Johannessen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Georg Taigur. The Mulgimaa Kosilased fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Georg Taigur should have stopped the shot. Mulgimaa Kosilased's Hugo Volberg managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kenneth Strandvik in the 41 minute of the game. 44 minutes into the match, Yngve Kaldestad notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Mulgimaa Kosilased's Georg Taigur. Georg Taigur was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ími Friðbertsson in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Georg Taigur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 56th minute, Vestfjorden FK's Bendik Breistein ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Georg Taigur. Georg Taigur yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Dante Iratze received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Georg Taigur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Torjus Pettersen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ími Friðbertsson took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Georg Taigur. Georg Taigur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. In the 70th minute, Roland Ainsaar made a precise shot to the right of Gil Ceni. Vestfjorden FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. 75 minutes in the game Kenneth Strandvik did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Birk Johannessen. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yngve Kaldestad in the 76th minute of play forced Mulgimaa Kosilased's goalkeeper Georg Taigur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ími Friðbertsson in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Georg Taigur saved Mulgimaa Kosilased from getting behind. In the 80th minute Roland Ainsaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil Ceni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ími Friðbertsson succeeded in the game's 82nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-7. 86 minutes into the game, Torjus Pettersen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-8. Georg Taigur was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
