Kaupo Kampura was extremely unlucky when he, in the 3rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Folmar Dandanell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eino Raid in the 4th minute of play. Hønning's Folmar Dandanell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Hønning from getting a goal against them. Eino Raid in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Folmar Dandanell, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. JK Päntajalad's Kusti Rajamäe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinand Romholt in the 16th minute of play. Eino Raid could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Folmar Dandanell made a huge save. Samson Erreboe's late challenge caught a JK Päntajalad's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samson Erreboe helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Hønning getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Samson Erreboe hit a great ball. After 25 played minutes JK Päntajalad got a freekick which was hit by Eino Raid. Folmar Dandanell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eino Raid in the 30th minute of play. Askild Ene charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Askild Ene the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of JK Päntajalad booed when Hønning was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Askild Ene didn't get a good kick on the ball. When August Nurm came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the JK Päntajalad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that August Nurm couldn't finish the play. In the 38th minute JK Päntajalad were awarded a corner. August Nurm went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, JK Päntajalad's Kaupo Kampura got a free kick in the 38th minute. Kusti Rajamäe came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Hønning's Ferdinand Romholt. But to his dismay, Ferdinand Romholt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in JK Päntajalad's zone, Samson Erreboe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kusti Rajamäe came out of the goal and Samson Erreboe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. During the 47th minute of the match Samson Erreboe completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Samson Erreboe a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of JK Päntajalad booed when Hønning was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samson Erreboe didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ulrik Wieder to strike the kick off in the second half. Ulrik Wieder took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kusti Rajamäe. Kusti Rajamäe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. When Ferdinand Romholt fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hønning's protests and gave Ferdinand Romholt a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Hønning's Ferdinand Romholt got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute, Kaupo Kampura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of JK Päntajalad booed when Hønning was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eberhardt Næsager didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 63 minutes, Hillar Ots managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JK Päntajalad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hillar Ots was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 65 minutes into the match, JK Päntajalad's goalkeeper Kusti Rajamäe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ulrik Wieder. JK Päntajalad's Evert Villemsaar was substituted for Kaupo Kampura. In the 71st minute, Hillar Ots ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Folmar Dandanell was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. In the 78th minute, Hønning's Thorfinn Felvig seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Thorfinn Felvig the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Hønning protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Thorfinn Felvig had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Hønning getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Thorfinn Felvig hit a great ball. In the 79th minute August Nurm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folmar Dandanell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80thth minute of the game Hillar Ots who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hønning's Folmar Dandanell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ferdinand Romholt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Folmar Dandanell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hillar Ots in the 85th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Hillar Ots ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Folmar Dandanell was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Folmar Dandanell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eino Raid in the 92nd minute of play. Eberhardt Næsager hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match.
